In the 1980s the Government of Zanzibar introduced the Trade Liberalisation, by Allah’s Grace and Mercy, our late Father Sheikh. Esmail bin Kassim, Leapt at the Opportunity and started Smiles Group in humble beginnings as a merchant of general merchandise on the alley streets of StoneTown Zanzibar. His Integrity and Daring Vision provided fine products at affordable prices.
In Midst of Financial Crisis in 2008, I joined the group which has grown in leaps and bounds and stayed committed to the vision of our Late father who passed on in early 2000.
